Frequently asked questions
What happens when a free meeting hits 90 minutes?
Everyone gets a warning banner and countdown starting 10 minutes before the limit. At 90 minutes, the meeting ends gracefully for all participants and the host is guided to a post-meeting screen to upgrade or start a fresh meeting.
Do participants need to create an account?
No. Guests can join any meeting with just a name. Only hosting a meeting requires an account.
Can I record meetings on the Free plan?
Recording is a Pro feature. Free meetings support live screen sharing and chat, but not cloud recording.
How many people can join a Free meeting?
Up to 5 participants, including the host. Pro removes this cap entirely.
Is my meeting data secure?
Every participant connects using a short-lived, single-use token minted by our server — nothing sensitive is ever exposed to the browser, and tokens expire automatically at the meeting's time limit.
